Before we begin work on any vehicle, we have comprehensive consultations with our customers to ensure they have an understanding of the job at hand. If any works are undertaken, then all the relevant parts will be shown upon request and an explanation as to why the replacement was required will be given, this, of course is after we have initially spoken to get your authorisation first. We don't spend your money with out your knowledge first, and only where needed.
